Vivek is the General Counsel at M2P, where he oversees all legal matters, including corporate structuring and governance, regulatory, and commercial matters. Vivek was a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he advised global corporations and investment banks on securities law and regulatory matters. Prior to joining M2P, Vivek was a Fellow at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU), where he assisted the RBI with a review of its regulatory framework and taught courses on financial regulation. Earlier in his career, Vivek practiced commercial law before the Madras High Court. Vivek has a B.A. LLB (Hons) from NLSIU.
